US-based Fannie Mae lists $1,449m notes on the ISE’s GEM market
Fannie Mae, the US based residential mortgage lender, has listed four bond notes valued at US$1,449m on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE).
The notes, due in 2024, are listed on the ISE’s Global Exchange Market (GEM).
Fannie Mae is the leading source of residential mortgage credit in the USA’s secondary market providing reliable, large-scale access to affordable mortgage credit. It is a government-sponsored enterprise chartered by the United States Congress in 1938.
The securities are part of the listing known as the “Connecticut Avenue Securities Series 2014-C04 Notes Due November 2024”
