BSkyB lists debt securities worth US$2bn on the ISE

British Sky Broadcasting Group plc (BSkyB), the leading home entertainment and communications business in the UK and Ireland, has listed two debt securities on the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE). The US$750m 2.6% Senior Notes due in 2019 and US$1.25bn 3.75% Senior Notes due in 2024 were listed on the Global Exchange Market (GEM) today.

BSkyB retails subscription television services to residential and commercial premises and retails broadband and telephony services to residential customers in the UK and Ireland. It also operates a WiFi network across the UK and Europe.

BSkyB has 11.5 million retail customers. Its revenues for the year ended 30 June 2014 were £7.6bn.
