This publication sets out the rules for ESM companies and ESM advisers. It includes information in relation to the designated markets regime and fees for both companies and ESM advisers. It also contains brief guidance notes. Which do not form part of the rulebook but are intended to assist in their interpretation. Where an ESM company has concerns about the interpretation of these rules it should consult its ESM adviser.

These rules are  effective on and from 10 May  2010 .

2.   Forms for ESM Companies 

To apply for the admission of equity securities to ESM, applicant company declaration  must be completed, signed and submitted to the Corporate Listing Department of the ISE.
