Re: Change of definition of Business Day
The Directors of the Company wish to announce that with effect from 23 November 2012 the definition of Business Day has been amended to provide that, unless otherwise determined by the Directors and notified in advance to Shareholders, a day (except Saturday or Sunday) on which retail banks are open for business in Dublin and the New York Stock Exchange is open constitutes a Business Day.
