Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2003 on insider dealing and market manipulation together with Implementing Directive 2003/124/EC (as implemented in Ireland by the Market Abuse (Directive 2003/6/EC) Regulations 2005) requires disclosure of inside information relating to the Issuer.
Terms used and not otherwise defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Offering Circular related to the Notes dated 21 June 2007.
We refer to the loan pursuant to the loan agreement dated 12 July 2006 between, amongst others, the Issuer and Opportunity Fund III Property II S.á.r.l. (the "Henderson 2 (Weiterstadt) Loan").
The Issuer hereby gives notice that Opportunity Fund III Property II S.á.r.l. and Capita Asset Services (UK) Ltd as special servicer on behalf of the Issuer (as lender under the Henderson 2 (Weiterstadt) Loan) have entered into a further standstill agreement for a period of three months until 17 November 2012. Discussions with regard to the restructuring of the Henderson 2 (Weiterstadt) Loan including a proposed sale of the property serving as collateral are continuing.
