Re: Cancellation of Listing

The Directors of Opus Macro Fund Limited (the "Fund") wish to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to delist the Class A, B, X and Z Shares (the "Shares") of the Fund.

Application has been made for the Shares of the Fund to be removed from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchangeand the Irish Stock Exchange has agreed that the Fund will be delisted with effect from 21 August 2012.
