The Directors of the Fund wish to announce the issuance of the series below in inProp UK Commercial Property Fund - Class A Shares at a NAV of GBP 98.15 as at 31st July, 2012.
· InProp UK Commercial Property Fund - Class A Series August 2012
The above new series of shares will be admitted to the Official List and trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange with effect from 13th August, 2012.
