The Directors of Banesto Financial Products plc (the "Issuer") wish to announce that the Notes which were admitted to the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange on 11 October 2007, are being moved to the Global Exchange Market ("GEM") with immediate effect. The Notes are now no longer listed on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange but are instead now listed on the GEM of the Irish Stock Exchange.
We refer to the Final Terms dated 11 October 2007 (the "Final Terms") in respect of the Notes.
The terms of the Notes have been amended. As a consequence, the Final Terms have been amended to reflect such changes and listing on the GEM, by means of a Pricing Supplement dated 9 August 2012.
