Re: Active Trading Advisor

The directors of the Company (the Directors) wish to announce that the active trading advisory agreement between the Company, the Risk Monitor and Teleos Management, L.L.C. has been terminated with effect from 01 January 2012.  The active trading advisory agreement between the Company, the Risk Monitor and Peconic Partners, L.L.C has been terminated with effect from 13 June 2012.

These changes were not notified to the Irish Stock Exchange earlier due to an administrative oversight.
