Re: Temporary Delisting of Share Class

The Directors of Investment Strategies Fund plc (the "Company") wish to announce that The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to temporarily cancel the listing of Institutional Class Shares - Sedol: B51XC17 (the "Class") of Equity Arbitrage (the "Fund") from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange for a period of twelve months with effect from 19 July, 2012.

Provided that new subscription monies are received into the Class within twelve months, an announcement confirming the re-admission of the class to the Official List and to trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange will be made at the appropriate time.
