Dividend declaration

The Board has declared a dividend of $0.0340 per U.S. Dollar Share in respect of the period from 1 April 2012 to 30 June 2012 (1Q12: USD0.0330). This dividend is payable on 30 July 2012 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 27 July 2012.
