RE: Delisting of Series

The Directors of Lansdowne European Equity Fund Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the following Series of the Company from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
- B Class Euro Shares Series 11
- B Class Euro Shares Series 18
The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to delist the Series of the Company with immediate effect.
