The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Fund wish to announce the admission of the following series of shares to the Official List and to trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

· Class A-1 Shares - Series 9
· Class A-5 Shares - Series 14
The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to admit the above series to the Official List and to trading on the Main Securities Market of the Exchange with immediate effect.
