£6,000,000,000 MULTI CURRENCY PROGRAMME FOR THE ISSUANCE OF NOTES
Land Securities Capital Markets PLC (the "Issuer") wishes to announce that the following notes in the principal amounts set out below (the "Registered Notes") have been purchased by LS Property Finance Company Limited ("Finco") and that such Registered Notes have been surrendered by Finco to the Issuer for cancellation:
£1,000 of £613,918,000 5.391% Series 1 Class A5 Notes due 2027 ISIN XS0204780042;
The cancellation of such Registered Notes shall be effective as of 6th July 2012 and the principal amount outstanding of the Series 1 Class A5 Notes due 2027 has been reduced accordingly.
