RE: Delisting
|
The Directors of FPP Japan Fund Inc (the "Fund") wish to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to remove Fund from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to delist the Fund with effect from 2 July 2012.
