RE: Delisting of B Units
|
The Directors of Investec Asset Management Ireland Limited, the manager of Investec International Funds (the "Fund") wish to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange to remove the B units (the "Units") of the Investec Global Managed Fund (a sub-fund of the Fund) from the Official List and from trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
The Irish Stock Exchange has agreed to delist the Units of the Investec Global Managed Fund with effect from 29 June 2012.
