Final Valuation Notice and CDO Notional Write-down Notice
We refer to the Swap Agreement between the Issuer and Societe Generale (the "Protection Buyer") entered into in relation to the Notes, as evidenced by the confirmation in respect of the Notes.
Following receipt of a Credit Event Notice and the related Notice of Publicly Available Information in respect of the References Entity on the Event Determination Date, a Final Price was determined in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Swap Agreement, and is set out in the table below.
