Irish Takeover Panel
Under the Irish Takeover Panel Act, 1997, the ISE may nominate a representative to the Board of the Irish Takeover Panel. Our current nomination is Danny Kitchen. For more information on the role of the Irish Takeover Panel please refer to www.irishtakeoverpanel.ie
Investor Compensation Scheme
Under the Investor Compensation Act, 1998, the ISE may nominate a representative to the Board of the Investor Compensation Scheme Limited. Irish Auditing and Accounting Supervisory Authority (IAASA)
Under the Companies Auditing and Accounting Act, 2003 the ISE is a member of the Board of IAASA. Gerard Scully, an executive of the ISE, is the ISE’s current representative. For more information about the role of IAASA please refer to www.iaasa.ie
The Company Law Review Group
Aisling McArdle, Regulation Manager at the ISE, is a member of the Company Law Review Group (“The Review Group”), established by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
