The Irish Stock Exchange (the ISE) is a key part of Ireland’s financial services infrastructure, providing markets for companies to raise capital and trading services which enable active and efficient trading in a wide range of securities.
In existence since 1793, and owned by its founding brokers, the ISE is:
- is a global leader in the listing of specialist fund and debt securities, delivering an efficient and high quality service to worldwide issuers seeking a European listing at a cost-competitive price
- acts as a centre for Irish companies to raise funds for growth and a focal point of liquidity for trading in Irish equities and the trade reporting of Irish Government bonds for international market participants
- provides a range of real time and historical market data such as prices, turnover and ISEQ indicesinformation.
