Irish Stock Exchange Social Media Policy
This policy outlines the social media accounts in use by the Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) and the management thereof. This policy is subject to change and we recommend reviewing this policy from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes made.
Our social media accounts
All content on ISE social media platforms is managed by the Communications Department of the ISE. If you have questions about this policy, please direct your query to the contact(s) noted on our media page.
Replies and Messages
While we welcome comments from followers of ISE social media accounts, we are unable to directly reply to all comments or queries received individually through our social media accounts. The most effective way to get in touch with us is through the contacts noted on our website.
Queries from the media should be directed to the contact(s) noted on our media page. Business queries should contact the individuals noted on the relevant page of our website or alternatively visit the contact us section.
We recommend that you do not post any private or personal information to the ISE social media accounts.
Any comments deemed as abusive, containing inappropriate content or spam will be removed. We reserve the right to remove and block users who are in breach of this policy and remove any comments that we deem to be unsuitable to ISE social media accounts. In certain cases, we will report abusive or spam comments directly to the social media platform provider.
Monitoring of our social media accounts will occur during regular business hours (GMT) from Monday to Friday, not including public or bank holidays. We will update and monitor our social media account outside of these hours at our own discretion.
Services from social media platform providers may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for a lack of service due to their downtime
Your use of social media websites is at your own risk. The ISE assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred as a result of any use or reliance upon the information and material contained within or downloaded from our social media accounts.
