Some companies and public sector bodies have securities, other than equities, covered warrants or Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), listed and admitted to trading on the ISE’s Main Securities Market. Other ISE securities on the Main Securities Market may include the following:
Public sector bonds
Debt and derivative securities
Trades in these securities may be conducted on an off order book basis between member firms of the ISE. Relevant trading information is reported by telephone or email to the ISE within 3 minutes of execution. Details of the trade (price, time, quantity dealt) are disseminated directly to the market using the ISEs data feeds.
Standard settlement of these securities is T+3 however non-standard settlement terms can be agreed by the counterparties to the trade at the time of execution up to a maximum settlement period of T+25. Most corporate bonds and public sector bonds are settled in CREST or Euroclear.
