ISE Xetra® is the electronic trading platform of the Irish Stock Exchange for equities, ETFs, certain debt and other securities. ISE Xetra® offers ISE member firms flexible connectivity options to a reliable high-performing electronic trading platform.  

The Xetra® platform is periodically updated with technical and functional enhancements. On 9th May 2011, Xetra was upgraded to Release 11.1. Then on 28th November 2011, there was a further upgrade to Release 12.0.

Irish Government Bond Trading:Electronic trading in Irish Government bonds is available on EuroMTS, Brokertec and BGC Partners.

Market Making: The ISE has approved market makers on both the Irish Government bond market and on ISE Xetra®. Market Makers provide continuous bid/offer quotes to other market participants which supports liquidity on the market.
