Regulatory Committees

The table below summarises the key activities of the regulatory committees of the ISE.



Admissions Committee
  • Review and, if considered appropriate, approve applications from prospective member firms, registered sponsors and ESM advisers.
Rules Committee
  • Review and make recommendations to the ISE Board to approve proposed changes to the Rules of the ISE (for member firms); and
  • Review and approve proposed changes to all other ISE rule books (e.g. Listing Rules, ESM Rules).
Disciplinary Committee
  • Hear disciplinary cases relating to any breach of any ISE rule book that has been referred to it by the ISE.
Appeals Committee
  • Hear appeals of a decision of any regulatory committee or of the ISE as provided for in the relevant ISE rule books.
