The Irish Stock Exchange has two markets for equity securities:
Main Securities Market (MSM) - The principle market of the ISE for equity securities of more established Irish and international companies. The MSM is a ‘regulated market’ as defined in the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive. The Listing Rules, Checklists and Forms are available at this location.
Enterprise Securities Market (ESM) – The market of the ISE for equity securities of smaller growth companies. The ESM is a ‘multilateral trading facility’ (MTF) as defined in the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.
