Debt Issuer Rules

The Irish Stock Exchange has two markets for debt securities:

1.       Main Securities Market (MSM) - The principle market of the ISE for debt securities of Irish and international issuers.  The MSM is a ‘regulated market’ as defined in the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.  Click here to access the requirements for the MSM.

2.       Global Exchange Market (GEM) – The market of the ISE for debt securities aimed at professional investors.  The GEM is a ‘multilateral trading facility’ (MTF) as defined in the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.  Click here to access the requirements for the GEM.
