In accordance with its obligations under the European Communities (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2007, the ISE has established Admission to Trading Rules for issuers with, or seeking admission of, securities to trading on the Main Securities Market (MSM) of the ISE. Admission to trading requirements in relation to the ISE’s two MTFs, ESM and GEM, are included in the relevant ESM and GEM rulebooks.
The ISE monitors issuers’ compliance with the Admission to Trading Rules.
Admission to Trading Rules
The Admission to Trading Rules set out:
- conditions for admission to trading on the MSM;
- admission application procedures; and
- continuing obligation requirements, including timetables for corporate actions.
Please note that the Admission to Trading Rules are separate to the Listing Rules of the ISE and the Rules of the ISE (on trading and membership).
Admission to Trading Application Form
A single application form (Schedule 3A) covers both admission to the Official List and admission to Trading on the Main Securities Market of the ISE.
