Equity Securities
Depends on the nature of the transaction, the monetary value of the shares to be issued and the country of incorporation of the issuer.
Depends on the nominal value of the listed securities. A minimum charge of €6,350 applies.
Preference Shares
Depends on the monetary value of the shares to be issued.
€1,470 unless the total nominal value of the preference shares is less than €317,000 in which case the fee is €740.
Certificates representing shares
€5,080 payable on the date of application for listing.
€2,540 payable on the date of application for listing and each subsequent year that the certificates are listed
