The following fees apply to ESM companies:

Admission Fee
The admission fee is payable by all companies seeking admission of securities to ESM. The admission fee is a one-off fee and further applications for admission of additional securities of the same class already admitted to ESM do not give rise to fees.
Annual Fee
The annual fee is payable by all ESM companies and covers the period 1 April to 31 March. The annual fee is calculated on a pro-rata basis in the year of the first listing.
